At ClickBazaar, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward refund and return process to make it easier for you. Please read our Refund Policy below for more details.

1. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds for products that meet the following conditions:

  • The product is in new and unused condition.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

  • The return must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the item.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Sale or discounted items (unless stated otherwise).

  • Gift cards and downloadable software products.

  • Custom or personalized products (if applicable).

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way after delivery.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Our customer support team will guide you on how to return the item(s). You will receive a Return Authorization number along with detailed instructions on where to send the return package.

  3. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  4. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Processing Time: Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us at [clickbazaar111@gmail.com] within 7 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the exchange process and, if the item is eligible, will send you the replacement item.

Note: Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges when exchanging items.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will arrange for a return and either provide a full refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference.

  • Proof of Damage: Please include pictures of the damage or defect in your email when contacting customer service. This will help us resolve the issue more quickly.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please first check your bank account and contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

7. Cancelling Your Order

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately. If the order has not been processed yet, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, you may be eligible for a return once the item has arrived.
